Competitor Analysis

Competitor analysis means you assess the strengths and weaknesses of your competitor. This will help with things like marketing because you will be able to see how they are doing so it will be able to help out your own marketing strategy.

Below is an example of competitor analysis. It is a graph comparing seven different companies on things such as product awareness, product quality and customer awareness. This is a good example because it shows all the things you need to think about.

When media producers are thinking about making a film, they need to use the idea of competitor analysis to compare their company with others to see whether or not it would be benificial to make the film.
